Nishant is the director of InDepth Community Care. With a background in social work and disability support, he leads the organisation with empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to person-centred practice. My mission is simple: to provide care that goes deeper beyond tasks and routines to create real, lasting impact. Through InDepthCare, I aim to raise the standard of support by combining compassion, professionalism, and cultural awareness.

Tanisha Khanal

Registered Nurse
Tanisha is a Registered Nurse (RN) who oversees the clinical and wellbeing programs at InDepth Community Care. She ensures participants receive safe, holistic, and health-informed support. With extensive experience in community nursing and disability care, Tanisha provides training and clinical guidance to our support team, promoting safety, quality, and dignity in all aspects of care.

Linisha Gurung

Social Worker
Linisha is a registered social worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and plays a key role in providing psychosocial support, assessments, and participant wellbeing planning. With a compassionate and evidence-based approach, she supports participants in building resilience, accessing community resources, and achieving their goals. Linisha’s work reflects InDepth’s core values respect, empowerment, and inclusion.
